The online store, Nonnon is the official UK website for tor Melissa shoes. The Melissa shoe brand first launched in 1979 with the Spider, the first plastic shoe from Melissa’s Plastic Dreams, a range of shoes that attempted to experiment with material use to push the boundaries of fashion. Since then, this iconic brand has reached more than 50 countries and released over 50 million pairs. The brand was first established by the current creative director, Edson Matsuo who studied architecture and thus with his background of graphic design, found a passion in creative experimenting.

Customer Services

The Nonnon website is organised into categories of New, Women, Kids, Baby, Designers, Vivienne Westwood and Bags. Each of the Women, Kids, Baby and Vivienne Westwood category offer filter variables to aid the ease of shopping for their customer such as Type (boot, flats, flip fliop, heel, sandal, wedge, lace-up), Size, Colour (blacks, brights, metallics, monochromes, neutrals, pastels, greens & blues, browns) and Designer. The Designer category is alphabetized. Within the Bags category, the categories are the same, but with only 12 items for sale, there are fewer options.

Delivery throughout the UK is free, where as European Delivery costs £12.50 and Worldwide costs £20. If you purchase an item on a weekday you can expect next day delivery in the UK. However, if you are ordering from overseas, orders can take two to three working days for dispatch. You are able to return an item if doen so within 28 days of shipping, and provided that the product is unused and in the original condition and packaging.

The Nonnon website also offers the possiblity of purchasing gift vouchers of £15, £25 or custom amounts.
